The highlight of our week is our worship together every Sunday from 10.30 am to about 11.30 am, with a mix of prayers, traditional hymns and more modern worship songs, being accompanied by our fine pipe organ or our music group. Services include a sermon and occasionally a drama sketch. There is usually an interactive children’s talk at the beginning of the service, before the children and young people go to their own groups.
The only time there is no children’s talk is when the service includes Holy Communion which is usually on the third Sunday of the month. At this service, the children start in their own groups and then come into church towards the end of the service to receive communion or a blessing. A communion service usually ends at about 11.45 am.
Crèche, Junior Church and 6Up run each Sunday morning during the service to cater for pre-school children, key stage 1&2 and key stage 3&4 children respectively.
Worship is followed by a chance to get to know each other over tea and coffee in the Hub cafe - all are welcome.
Evening services are only held on special occasions and for Circuit or Churches Together events. They will be shown in the calendar.
The church has an induction loop for the benefit of hearing-aid users. Please switch your hearing-aid to the 'T' setting
